Watch+Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Amazfit (Zepp OS) apps published by Active Bridge, LLC ("we", "us") and the licenses sold on this site. By installing an app or buying a license you agree to them.
1. The apps
Our apps are free to install from the Zepp App Store. Some features ("Pro") require a license. A single-app Pro license unlocks Pro in one named app permanently. A Watch+ membership unlocks Pro in all of our apps for as long as the membership is active.
2. Licenses
- A license is personal, non-transferable and may be activated on up to three watches at a time. You can deactivate a watch from the app's settings to free a slot.
- Watch+ renews yearly at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel any time from the receipt email or through support; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- We may revoke a license that was refunded, charged back, shared publicly or obtained by fraud.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Creem.io or Lemon Squeezy, as shown at checkout), which is the seller of record for tax purposes and handles cards, invoices and VAT. We do not store card details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Third-party services
The apps run on Zepp OS and are distributed through the Zepp App Store, both operated by Zepp Health. Amazla Key and Powerwall talk to your own Tesla vehicle or energy products using Tesla's published interfaces; we are not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. or Zepp Health. Their terms apply to their services.
5. Acceptable use
Use the apps only with devices and accounts you own or are authorised to use. Do not reverse-engineer license checks, resell keys or use the apps in violation of law.
6. Warranty and liability
The apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes to a paid membership will be announced by email before they take effect.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Consumers in the EU and UK keep the protection of their local mandatory consumer law.
