Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Active Bridge, LLC ("we") collects when you use our Amazfit (Zepp OS) apps and this site, and why.

What the apps store

• On your watch and phone only: the data each app needs to work — authenticator secrets, loyalty card numbers, saved places, your Tesla key pairing, app settings. This stays on your devices and inside the Zepp app's storage. We have no server that receives it.
• License data: when you activate a license, your license key and an anonymous instance id for the watch are sent to our license server (a Cloudflare Worker) and stored there so the key can be checked and deactivated. No name, email or device identifier is included.

What our payment provider collects

Checkout is run by our merchant of record (Creem.io or Lemon Squeezy). They collect your email, billing country and payment details under their own privacy policy and send us your email, order id and the product bought so we can issue and support your license. We keep that for as long as the license exists and for the period tax law requires.

What this site collects

Nothing beyond standard server logs (IP address, page, time) kept by the hosting provider for security. No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels.

Third parties

Zepp Health (app distribution and phone–watch sync), Tesla (vehicle and energy data requested by Amazla Key and Powerwall on your behalf, using your own Tesla account), Cloudflare (license server hosting), Creem.io / Lemon Squeezy (payments). Each processes data under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to processing, by emailing watch@ab.team. Deleting your license data ends the license. EU/UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority.

Children

The apps and this site are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will update this page when the policy changes; the date above shows the current version.
